As a D365 Functional Architect (CRM), you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients across Canada modernize their service operations — particularly through D365 Field Service and its integration with ERP to create connected, data-driven experiences. You’ll apply your expertise to design and implement CRM solutions across all phases of Avanade’s delivery lifecycle. Working closely with clients, you’ll define the vision, lead workshops, and guide our delivery teams in planning, building, testing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions. You bring a consultative mindset, deep CRM knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver business value. Together, we do what matters.Key responsabilities Architect and design Dynamics 365 CE solutions (with a strong focus on Field Service and ERP connectivity) to help clients modernize and transform their service operations. Partner with client stakeholders to define requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Support presales efforts by shaping solutions, estimating effort, and defining delivery approaches.Lead project teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and consistency. Establish success measures and validate Dynamics 365 system performance.Guide and mentor clients on CRM best practices and readiness for adoption, including training and role alignment.
