Responsibilities Work full‑time, reporting in the field and covering the biggest breaking news stories for 680 NewsRadio across the GTA. Cover a wide variety of news, including breaking news stories, politics at Queen’s Park and Parliament Hill, and parades and celebrations across the region. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in field reporting in a major market. Strong sense of direction and familiarity with the roads and highways of the GTA; valid driver’s licence required. Ability to cover all types of stories and generate original story ideas. Demonstrated ability to work fast, handle unpredictability of breaking news, and thrive in a 24‑7 environment. Leadership qualities and a strong work ethic, bringing your best every day.
