Community Involvement - Generously supporting health, charities, youth, and education opportunities is our passion, and you’re invited to be a part of that The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Provide pre‑sales technical support by reviewing and analyzing customer requirements, developing engineering responses, making product recommendations, and delivering virtual and in‑person demonstrations and presentations Collaborate closely with internal teams and external sales partners, designers, consultants, and clients to support training initiatives and develop effective design and sales strategies Deliver post‑sales support, including customer training, system installation assistance, and troubleshooting as needed The ideal candidate for this position will have: A basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving project requirements Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail A process‑driven, self‑motivated mindset and the initiative to work independently A strong aptitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field Should this excellent opportunity interest you, please submit your resume, including salary expectations.
