The role involves managing a diverse caseload, attending court hearings and proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents including motions, conducting thorough legal research, and handling depositions. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate closely with clients, provide sound legal advice, and contribute to the development and execution of case strategies.QualificationsStrong knowledge and expertise in law, including experience in litigation and handling various types of legal matters.Proficiency in drafting and filing motions and other legal documents.Skilled in conducting legal research and preparing comprehensive case analyses.Experience with depositions and preparing witnesses for court appearances.Competence in representing clients in courts, managing hearings, and trial advocacy.Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation.Current membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
