**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Represent clients in litigation matters across various legal domains such as family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, and personal injury law.
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while striving for favorable outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to estate planning, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, and patent law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client representation.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding their legal rights and options throughout the litigation process.

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in litigation with a focus on multiple areas of law including but not limited to environmental law, family law, and personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
