Senior AI/ML Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Senior Developer to design, develop, and validate machine learning solutions for U.S. healthcare clients.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Python and SQL, a strong background in AI/ML model development, and an understanding of healthcare data, particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.This role also involves guiding stakeholders in integrating AI capabilities into business operations and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and validate machine learning models and AI solutions.Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives.Explore and visualize data, verify data quality, and ensure readiness for modeling.Identify opportunities for transfer learning and curate new training datasets.Define and implement preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.Train and tune machine learning models and analyze model performance/errors.Create APIs and integrate AI solutions into business operations.Participate in the deployment of models to production environments.Contribute to defining validation strategies and supervising data acquisition.Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation platforms.Support the design and development of scalable AI systems.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on programming experience on enterprise-level products.Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling.3+ years of project experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.Strong experience with ML algorithms such as classification and clustering.Proven ability to work with and visualize large datasets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and build effective solutions.Track record of delivering successful projects in team-based environments.Ability to deploy and scale AI solutions in enterprise settings.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Experience with statistical platforms such as R, SAS, or MATLAB.Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management processes like claims filing and adjudication.Understanding of API creation and integration in production systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
