Magazine’s “Best in Business” for Health Services, making a lasting impact on our field and society What You’ll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly Other typical BCBA activities Education/Experience and Other Requirements Masters degree Active BCBA certification, required Committed to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we’ll cover the cost Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
