We are seeking proven sales professionals to develop and maintain customer relationships through referral networks, providing flexible work schedule and supportive training. Responsibilities • Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. • Participate in targeted sales training, build credit knowledge, and integrate into TD’s employee‑focused culture. • Collaborate with Sales Manager to make joint sales calls, conduct monthly coaching sessions, and use the dedicated sales management system. • Deliver exceptional sales and activity management to achieve commission‑based earnings. Qualifications A highly motivated, self‑starter with exceptional sales skills. Independent, self‑managed professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive market. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication. Post‑secondary education (preferred).
