Health, Safety & Environment CoordinatorJoin to apply for the Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator role at Mondelēz InternationalOverviewJoin our mission to lead the future of snacking. HSE programs will be well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations in the plant. Facilities will be well maintained and regulation/procedure will be in place and implemented. Hazards/aspects assessments will be conducted, and incidents caused by unsafe acts and conditions will be reduced; energy and waste will be driven down.How You Will ContributeAssist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead the plant to achieve Zero accidents and IncidentsBe responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processesParticipate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformancesProvide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activitiesFollow up on non-conformances and develop the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysisMaintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrenceDevelop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazardsCoordinate and schedule HSE meetings and participate in related governance and forums; follow up on actions to completionConduct data collection, reporting and trends analysis on HSE metrics (incidents, inspections, environmental data, etc.)Create Purchase Orders and perform other administrative tasks as requiredWhat You Will BringExperience in Environmental Health and SafetyMust have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNRECExperience in safety, and/or environmental technical standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levelsUnderstanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO1-3 years of health, safety environmental experience preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levelsStrong multi-tasking and time management skills to meet deadlinesComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programsAbility to work independently and as a teamWhat You Need to Know About This PositionThis is a peanut factoryThis position is 100% on-siteDay shift with the ability to support 24-7 operations as requiredEducation / CertificationsPost-secondary education in Health, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or a related fieldNo Relocation support available #J-18808-Ljbffr
