The Team Leader coaches and directs staff, ensures coverage, manages escalation calls, and resolves issues.Additionally, the Team Leader is expected to fulfill Client Service Coordinator responsibilities as needed.By joining Spectrum Health Care you will be part of one ofCanada’s Best Managed companiesand a committed member of a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals.Job DescriptionLead and support Client Service Coordinators in daily operations, including use of Electronic Health Record systems and reporting processesManage staffing assignments to ensure quality care delivery and effective overtime managementOversee customer service, including complaint resolution and review of overnight call center reportsSchedule and match nursing and home support employees to clients, focusing on patient-centered care and service continuityLiaise with funders regarding client care and collect/enter relevant information into databasesMonitor staff compliance with attendance, break times, and lunch schedulesReport issues/incidents through appropriate channels and ensure all safety protocols are followedQualificationsPost-secondary Office Administration certificate or customer service program, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in healthcareExperience in meeting daily deliverables and KPIsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and ability to adapt to new software systemsStrong client service and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationThis position is a current vacancySpectrum Health Care is thrilled to be named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
