We are actively seeking an individual to join the construction team for their factory expansion project in Montreal.
Main responsibilities:
As a Coordinator of Document and Project Management on the construction site, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining a document management system.
- Planning and coordinating project execution.
- Verifying document compliance and technical specifications.
- Transcribing minutes and actions taken during meetings.
- Preparing agendas and tracking action items.
- Maintaining records of document transmissions, meetings, and interactions with contractors.
- Other related tasks.
Skills and qualifications :
- Strong prioritization and communication skills
- Understanding of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing domains
- Knowledge of Procore software is an asset
- Understanding of financial aspects related to construction projects
- Technical diploma in construction, building, civil engineering, or architecture
