* Generate deep insight into Canadian healthcare ecosystems and market landscape to identify opportunities for improved patient outcomes through integration of screening solutions* Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities and work with HCPs to improve clinical decision making and population health outcomes.* Build a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer, and patient unmet needs, including clinical stakeholders and administrators.* Capture information on customer interactions using CRM tools, including point of contact information, sales call activities, market intelligence, funnel development, and other data points.* Synthesize data from formal and informal sources to understand the evolving local care system, leveraging tools such as Engage (CRM), Excel, Tableau, and available research to make data-driven decisions* Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and awareness of screening products and maximize opportunities and sales growth.* Lead the implementation of customer-specific engagement approaches that evaluate and address customer needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Screening Advocates.* Inform, educate, and enable target physician and stakeholder groups about screening products and value propositions, equipping them to make informed decisions about product choices.* Proactively drives business growth by focusing on customers with highest potential and initiating connections to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.* Seek regular feedback from customers about their experience, service, satisfaction, and perceived value.* Lead successful implementation of account plans through collaboration and coordination with key internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve patient outcomes.* Ensure execution of targeted tactics to deliver business goals in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, including Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Internal Sales Support.* Communicate a clear and compelling description of customer needs and opportunities to internal stakeholders to mobilize resources and shape solutions.* Ensure business is conducted to the highest ethical and professional standards, consistent with company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong questioning and listening skills.* Confident, professional, and credible presence.* Strong presentation skills: ability to effectively convey concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner through telephone and face-to-face interactions.* Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.* Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.* Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.* Maintain regular and reliable attendance.* Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.* Ability to work designated schedule.* Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed.* Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.* Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.* Ability to travel up to 90% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel* Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.* 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostics sales, preferably in oncology or screening.* Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.* Deep understanding of Canadian healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols.* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.* Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.* Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc. allowed.* Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.* Familiarity with and experience with early cancer detection solutions* Bilingual (English/French)* Obtenir une connaissance approfondie des écosystèmes de soins de santé et du paysage commercial canadiens afin d’identifier les possibilités d’améliorer les résultats pour les patients grâce à l’intégration de solutions de dépistage.* Analyser le parcours thérapeutique dans l’ensemble du système de soins local afin de cerner les possibilités commerciales et de collaborer avec les PS pour améliorer la prise de décision clinique et les résultats en matière de santé publique.* Construire un réseau de relations au sein des comptes pour mieux comprendre les besoins non satisfaits du système, des clients et des patients, y compris des intervenants et des administrateurs cliniques.* Recueillir des renseignements sur les interactions avec les clients à l’aide d’outils de GRC, notamment les coordonnées des personnes-ressources, les activités de prospection commerciale, les renseignements sur le marché, l’évolution de l’entonnoir et d’autres points de données.* Synthétiser les données provenant de sources formelles et informelles afin de comprendre l’évolution du système de soins local, en tirant parti d’outils tels que Engage (CRM), Excel, Tableau et les recherches disponibles pour prendre des décisions fondées sur les données* Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans commerciaux et comptables afin d’accroître la visibilité et la notoriété des produits de dépistage et de maximiser les occasions et la croissance des ventes.* Diriger la mise en œuvre d’approches d’engagement propres aux clients qui évaluent et répondent à leurs besoins, en collaborant avec les intervenants internes, notamment les services médicaux, le marketing et les défenseurs du dépistage.* Informer, éduquer et habiliter les médecins et les groupes d’intervenants ciblés en ce qui concerne les produits de dépistage et les propositions de valeur, afin de leur permettre de prendre des décisions éclairées quant au choix des produits.* Stimuler de façon proactive la croissance de l’entreprise en se concentrant sur les clients présentant le plus fort potentiel et en établissant des liens afin de découvrir les besoins et les occasions non satisfaits.* Solliciter régulièrement les commentaires des clients sur leur expérience, le service, leur satisfaction et la valeur perçue.* Diriger la mise en œuvre réussie des plans de compte grâce à la collaboration et à la coordination avec les principaux intervenants internes afin d’élaborer et d’exécuter des stratégies, d’améliorer la satisfaction de la clientèle et d’améliorer les résultats pour les patients.* Veiller à la mise en œuvre de stratégies ciblées pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux, en coordination avec les intervenants interfonctionnels, notamment les responsables de compte, le service marketing, le service commercial et le service d’assistance commerciale interne.* Communiquer une description claire et convaincante des besoins et des occasions des clients aux intervenants internes afin de mobiliser les ressources et d’élaborer des solutions.* Veiller à ce que les activités soient menées selon les normes éthiques et professionnelles les plus strictes, conformément aux directives, aux politiques et aux exigences réglementaires de l’entreprise.* Solides aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite, notamment en matière de questionnement et d’écoute.* Présence confiante, professionnelle et crédible.* Solides aptitudes en matière de présentation : capacité à transmettre efficacement des concepts de façon claire, concise et professionnelle par téléphone et lors d’interactions en personne.*
