Our client is a leader in visual graphics and digital signage in Canada and we are seeking an experienced Account Manager and Sales Representative to join their team.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and lead generation
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing tailored print solutions
- Offer expert advice on print products and print portal functionalities
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide product demonstrations and client training on the print portal platform
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
- Work with marketing to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the print industry
- Strong understanding of small format print products and technologies
- Familiarity with online print portals and web-to-print solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Slack, and project management tools
- Energetic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
