Job Description:We are seeking a motivated Production Services Leader to join our banking client's Fixed Income Production Application Support team.Key Responsibilities:Lead global teams providing 24x7 support for Fixed Income clients and applications.Act as a Player/Coach, combining technical and business expertise with leadership skills.Manage production operations, serving as the primary escalation point.Drive production stability, reliability, and service excellence.Utilize metrics and reporting for continuous improvement.Ensure accurate incident logging and conduct review meetings.Implement tools and process improvements.Requirements:Must Have:10+ years of IT experience in Capital Markets, including Fixed Income products.5+ years in supervisory/management roles in technology support.Knowledge of Fixed Income trading activities and applications (e.g., Murex, Openlink).Strong communication skills and ability to interface with trading clients.Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Java, Python).Experience with databases, infrastructure, and enterprise tools (e.g., Control-M, ServiceNow).ITIL service management experience.Nice to Have:Scripting and database performance tuning skills.Experience with Elastic Search, Ansible, Jenkins, AWS, GridGain.Familiarity with MQ, SOLACE, RV/RMDS.Please note the applicants need to have a valid work permit and present in Toronto for in person interview.Thank you for your interest in Akkodis opportunity and the shortlisted candidates will be directly contacted by our recruiters.
