Position Overview Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned contracts. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met. There are many great reasons to build your career with us: Comprehensive insurance plan (health, dental and vision) from day one; Group RRSP with employer contribution (4%); Annual bonuses and salary reviews; Telemedicine service and employee assistance program from day one; Up to $600 per year reimbursed for physical activity expenses to promote health and well-being; Paid vacation; Base salary between $100 000 and $110 000; Key Responsibilities Review all tender documents (drawings, specifications, instructions) Request required bonding, insurance, and documentation Coordinate safety documentation with the Safety Coordinator Evaluate project risks and provide actionable solutions Develop and maintain project management and fabrication schedules Align internal schedules with customer construction timelines Monitor project plans, labor hours, and budget vs. actuals Coordinate fabrication and field installation with shop and site teams Ensure materials comply with specifications and design requirements Manage and follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders Attend stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items Maintain ongoing communication with site supervisors and foremen Plan jobsite deliveries and confirm site readiness Resolve jobsite issues in collaboration with customers Submit project close-out documentation (QA, certifications, warranties) Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager What we are looking for? A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management for construction and infrastructure projects Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software; Knowledge of computer-aided design (Autocad).
