Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.Manages and coordinates budgeting activities and the implementation of the organization’s budget policies and guidelines. Monitors actual performance against estimates and prepares annual and interim budgets. Coordinates budget appropriations and responds to exception requests for funds. Monitors and analyzes performance against budgets.
