This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Saskatoon, Canada. In this role you’ll collaborate with a high-performing and seasoned sales team to foster new business opportunities in North America within the foreign exchange arena, delivering industry leading currency risk management and global payment solutions to small- to mid-sized businesses across the continent. You will report directly to Director of Business Development and regularly collaborate with account managers and other sales team members to deliver currency risk management and global payment solutions. How We Work As a Business Development Associate, you will be expected to work in our Saskatoon office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the Saskatoon office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities Position conversations toward business owners, C-suite executives, and finance leaders, articulating customized solutions for currency risk management and global payment needs. Perform high-volume outreach daily via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify and book meetings with new leads or disqualify them as needed. Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to foster new business opportunities in North America within the foreign exchange arena. Deliver currency risk management and global payment solutions to small- to mid-sized businesses across the continent. Execute daily outreach to potential businesses to qualify and book meetings or disqualify leads as needed. Create new business opportunities while advancing your sales skills and career in foreign exchange and financial services. Qualifications & Skills 0-4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or related roles. Post-secondary education or relevant work experience. Highly self-motivated and competitive with a strong drive to generate new business opportunities. Intuitive and strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, able to facilitate strong client and internal relationships. Coachable, able to understand and implement feedback quickly. Curious, persuasive, with excellent negotiation skills and a drive to succeed. Interest in finance and global markets; regionally, agriculture experience is a plus. Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with rejection; strong time management and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative setting and to sell yourself for success at Corpay.
