Case Manager (Personne gestionnaire de cas) – BilingualWorkplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) is seeking a full‑time, mid‑senior level Case Manager. The position requires a commitment to in‑office work up to five days a week beginning in 2026.About the OpportunityAs a Case Manager you will guide injured workers and employers through the claims process, making fair and timely decisions and developing case‑management plans that promote positive outcomes.ResponsibilitiesMake informed decisions based on legislation, policy and best practices and communicate these clearly to workers, employers and healthcare providers.Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to assess eligibility and progress cases efficiently.Adapt to new information and changing circumstances, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful recovery and return‑to‑work outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, participating in case conferences, sharing best practices and providing mentorship.Execute case‑management plans by coordinating actions, monitoring progress and ensuring timely follow‑through on all activities.Facilitate open communication between workplace parties, supporting a safe and sustainable return to work.Identify and address barriers to recovery and return‑to‑work, leveraging resources and expertise as required.Resolve disputes proactively and handle requests for reconsideration or appeal in a fair and transparent manner.QualificationsUniversity completion at undergraduate level.Two years prior experience in adjudication or case management and customer service.Strong decision‑making, exceptional communication skills, adaptability, teamwork and a proven ability to deliver results.Education EquivalencyEligible for education equivalency: for each level of education not completed, an additional two years of experience is considered equivalent, up to a minimum threshold of a college diploma over one year up to two years.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Grade 213, starting at $97,184.05. Bilingual language bonus where applicable.
