Role Description We are seeking a Land Development Construction Project Coordinator for a full‑time, on‑site position located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The role involves coordinating land development and construction projects, monitoring schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project execution. The coordinator will lead site survey and QA/QC, collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to oversee progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with project plans and objectives. The role also requires preparing reports, updating project documentation, and ensuring communication flows effectively among all parties involved. Qualifications Strong project coordination and project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and track project tasks effectively. Experience in construction project management, with the ability to lead and manage construction‑related activities on‑site. Experience in construction project survey, survey equipment, and field survey package preparation. Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight to manage project finances and ensure alignment with allocated resources. Knowledge of construction management processes and techniques, with the ability to ensure project quality, safety, and timelines are met. Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and team members.
