As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Competitive wages - starting rate: 29.58; top rate $33.33 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales;Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation;An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance);Employee Discount programs are available for all employees;Clean, bright and climate-controlled production areas.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport routine lab procedures to test the quality of materials, in-process and finished products.Support in-process tests and product inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.Perform simple quality analyses, according to given specification and procedures.Clean and maintain laboratory tools and equipment.Record and document test results accurately.Ensure proper storage and handling of lab samples.As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
