You will ensure your team contributes to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth through the timely and flawless execution of product launches, marketing commentary, and sales enablement content. Leveraging your deep understanding of investment products, you will guide your team to ensure our products and solutions are effectively positioned for advisor audiences.How You’ll Make an ImpactWork with the Director, Content Marketing, to build a marketing strategy across owned channels that aligns with and drives forward Fidelity’s advisor sales business objectivesReport on content KPIs by consolidating reporting across channels to present to executive leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather resultsBuild and lead a high-performing team that aligns with Fidelity’s values and that collaborates well in cross-functional environments.Working with your team of investment marketers, you will act as a liaison between content creators, Sales, Product Research, Product Development, Compliance and Legal to optimize content creation and facilitate best-in-class content distribution to drive business growth.Be accountable for website data and content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate at all times (Expert Insights, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Fund Pages).Responsible for executing against the annual business plan and budget.Responsible for ensuring your team maintains compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards through reviewing, editing, and approving all marketing material and sales communications produced by your team.What You Will BringExperience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organizationHave a deep working knowledge of all prioritized investments (mutual funds, ETFs, and alternatives) and non-investment products and the implications of market events on advisor clientsExceptional communicator who can leverage data to identify themes, build a narrative and secure buy-in from senior managementStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors to ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are maintainedAbility to provide strategic direction and coaching across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities as neededProven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up, down, and across the organizationStrong project management skills with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders and driving towards a common goal under specified timelines.
