Merchandise Flow Manager, AX Metrotown Company: Giorgio Armani As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and organizational skills will greatly influence the client and associate experience. Responsibilities Provide input on merchandising strategies and daily presence on the sales floor to understand the business front line. Help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue. Ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team. Accountable for back‑of‑house operations, including a well‑organized stockroom, strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and supplies and facilities management. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail shipping & receiving management. College/Post‑Secondary degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners and motivate team. Proficiency with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
