Event Parking Supervisor

Event Supervisor Location: Scotiabank ArenaShifts: VaryHourly Rate: $20-$22 per hour Description The Event Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. This position is responsible for responding quickly to customer requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Event Supervisor works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times and that state and local laws are adhered to. Key Responsibilities Provide positive customer service experiences for all Impark customers and clients Ensure location is operated and maintained to Impark’s company standards Assist customers with meters Direct customers into parking facilities Process refunds Provide information to customers on long‑term parking options Process cash transactions and deposits Conduct daily site inspections and equipment checks Maintain site system software Coordinate correspondence and communication with all company departments as needed Report and request equipment servicing/repairs Work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions Manage site staff Perform other duties as assigned by manager Wear assigned uniform Work independently and in a team environment Cover the entire site and work outdoors through inclement conditions Staff Supervision Coordinate staffing for attended site based on regular manpower requirements and site activity Disciplinary action when required, including issuing written warnings and monitoring follow‑up actions Monitor personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards Complete paperwork related to staffing hiring, transfer, termination, and hours worked Lot Maintenance / Set‑Up Review lot’s physical condition including landscaping, signage, surface, lighting, automated equipment, etc. Initiate work orders for necessary maintenance or improvements, ensuring coding information is provided for accounting and capital expenditure approval Liaise with contractors, maintenance department, equipment suppliers, and Landlord/Property Manager during site set‑up Distribute accounting and contract information for appropriate internal site setup Perform other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service oriented Positive and energetic personality Proficient in Microsoft Office and Citrix based applications Hands‑on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Fair Chance Employment Statement (California) The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative, and other local ordinances.
