**DREAMTEAM Hospitality & Events** is seeking an exceptional **Events Supervisor** to lead and elevate the execution of both corporate and social events. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring seamless event operations and delivering unparalleled client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on-site event operations, ensuring timely setup, execution, and teardown.
- Supervise and coordinate event staff, including Smart Servers and Food Handlers.
- Liaise with clients to ensure event requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage logistics for events, including transportation of equipment and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **3 years' experience** in event supervision or a similar role.
- **Valid driver's license** and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability to work events **outside the GTA**; travel allowance provided.
- **Strong communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
- **Professional references** required.
- **Background checks** will be conducted.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Certification in **Smart Serve** and **Food Handling** is mandatory.
- **Strong leadership skills** with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced environment**, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Availability to work any day of the week**, including weekends and holidays, as per event schedules.

**Employment Type**: Full-time
