Highbridge is pleased to partner with Pro-Line Fittings, a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing fabrication and distribution company. Pro-Line is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. As the CFO, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of the business and ensuring its overall financial health and success. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled financial professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving profitable growth.

Founded in 2008, Pro-Line Fittings Canada is a solutions company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of a variety of municipal waterworks products delivered with industry leading customer service. Pro-Line’s Team are pioneers in the PVC Pipe Fitting Industry and have deployed decades of knowledge to continuously improve and innovate our products and processes. Pro-Line’s exceptional team is constantly evolving and diversifying to meet new customer needs and they are committed to customer service excellence in everything they do.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the executive team and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of financial strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Explore innovative financing options, such as alternative funding sources or strategic partnerships, to support growth initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency enhancements to optimize financial resources and maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Analysis and Decision Support:
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of different strategic options on financial performance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts and projections.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and external advisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of financial goals and objectives.
- Represent the company in financial matters with external parties, such as auditors, regulators, and government agencies.
- Leverage relationships with financial partners to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for financing agreements.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to address concerns and build trust and confidence in the company's financial management and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role within a private enterprise.
- Demonstrated proficiency in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration processes, resulting in successful transactions and value creation for the organization.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and profitability.
- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting software.
- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is highly desirable.
- Salary Range: $160-250K, based on experience and qualifications.
