As a full‑service dealership, we offer sales, leasing, parts and service for new and used dry van, reefer and specialty trailers. Responsibilities Process sales and leasing transactions in Karmak ERP. Collaborate with the sales department to evaluate sales and leasing opportunities. Reconcile and maintain financing/debt schedule and sub‑ledger. Reconcile and maintain lease receivable schedule and sub‑ledger. Reconcile and maintain fleet asset schedule and sub‑ledger. Maintain accuracy of costing in sales and service templates. Complete weekly progress reports for sales transactions. Perform other month‑end activities and account reconciliations as required. Support interim and year‑end audit schedules. Oversee year‑end parts and trailer inventory process. Complete and file HST returns. Participate in other analysis activities and projects as required. Qualifications Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or working towards it. 5+ years of relevant work experience. Detail oriented with strong time‑management skills. Team player attitude and strong initiative. Advanced MS Excel skills. Prior experience with Salesforce considered an asset. Benefits Company events. Dental care. Disability insurance.
