What You\'ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity. Screen individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering or exiting the location in accordance with established protocols. Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual circumstances as observed during shifts. Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment and address concerns as they arise. Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, providing a visible presence to help deter potential security-related issues. Minimum Requirements A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required. A valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
