OverviewLocation: Montreal, QuebecOur client is a venture-backed, deep-tech startup building advanced AI and game streaming software systems, backed by one of the largest edge computing platforms in the world. They empower game publishers and developers to stream high-performance games, and AI teams to run powerful, distributed workloads — all with low latency, high performance, and global scale.As experience, quality assurance is mission critical. The team is seeking a QA Engineer who thrives in technical, cross-functional environments and is passionate about product quality, end-to-end system reliability, and hands-on testing across diverse components.ResponsibilitiesExecute manual, exploratory, and regression testing across frontend, backend, gameplay, and metrics layersTest game streaming performance across devices, browsers, and network conditionsValidate APIs, logs, system behavior, data integrity, and event trackingBuild and maintain automated test scripts and testing environments integrated into CI/CD pipelinesOwn QA coverage for user journeys (e.g., onboarding, gameplay, session exit)Partner closely with engineering and product to improve test strategies and identify risks earlyParticipate in release validation and post-deployment issue investigationsContribute to QA documentation, best practices, and continuous process improvementNote: This is an in-office role. Must be willing and able to go in office 5 days/week.Nice to Have SkillsExperience with performance, reliability, or security testingFamiliarity with logs, observability, and monitoring toolsBackground in testing D2C, consumer-facing, or gaming platformsExperience with distributed systems or edge-based infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr
