What you're responsible for Organizing and coordinating daily yard activities to ensure efficiency Assigning tasks to yard employees and monitoring workflow to meet daily operational goals Providing hands on support and guidance to team members Ensuring materials are sorted, processed and handled properly Motivating and encouraging employees to maintain productivity Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are carried out accordingly Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement Qualifications You have a minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead You have previous experience in a recycling, industrial, construction or manufacturing environment You have previous experience with heavy equipment (forklift, loader, etc) is an asset You have strong leadership and problem solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions You have hands‑on experience with yard equipment, material handing, or heavy machinery You are comfortable working in a physically demanding and fact‑paced environment You are comfortable working outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions Additional Information #opsont #J-18808-Ljbffr
