WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager who likes working in a fast paced environment. Our company has gone from 3 to 50+ people in 5 years. Our goal is to grow to 200+ people in the next 3-5 years.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Recruit, attract and seek out the best digital marketing experts and sales representatives to join the DOE Media team.
  • Roles recruiting specifically will be Facebook Media Buyers, Google Media Buyers, Email Marketing Specialists, Sales Team members, Designers, and Web Developers.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process, including but not limited to: active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, conducting screenings, candidate assessments, tracking candidates, and providing status updates to the Executive Team.
  • Perform compensation analysis, negotiate offers, and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process.
  • Create and send out offer letters and contractor agreements to candidates.
  • Maintaining personnel files and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job postings that are thorough, compelling, and attractive to top talent.
  • Work 1-on-1 with the Executive team to align on recruitment needs and strategies, ensuring that top talent is brought on board.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback to candidates at every stage of the hiring process.


HR Management & Employee Relations

  • Manage biweekly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees, and oversee global contractor payments, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives to enhance work culture and engagement.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, growth plans, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Oversee 401(k) administration and benefits programs (health, PTO, etc.), ensuring compliance.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and SOPs for consistency in processes like recruitment and performance management.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment.
  • Experience managing a full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and compensation negotiations.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Skilled in sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and conducting candidate assessments.
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and managing disciplinary actions.
  • Experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Data-driven with a focus on enhancing HR practices, driving recruitment decisions, and optimizing performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and employees.
  • Proven ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
