Responsibilities Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process. Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool. Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW and the brands we represent. Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice. Consistently achieve all key business metrics. Offer a best-in-class customer experience. Participate in documented coaching conversations. Inventory management including receiving, signing, and securing inventory. Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards. Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk. Complete all required training modules and tasks. Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies. Follow policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity. Manage cash, point of sale and inventory systems. Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs. Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency. Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Be Ready: initiate conversations with mall traffic; adapt in a fast-paced environment. Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system. Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends.
