The Visual Operations Associate maximizes the customer experience and sales through strategic product placement and maintaining an appealing store image according to company directives and guidelines. As a Visual Operations Associate, you will be responsible for leading the visual merchandising on the sales floor, managing the reception of stock, and maintaining the backroom organization.

**What You Will Do**
- Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confirming placement of all products on sales floor
- Replenish product on the sales floor
- Manage and receive stock
- Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient
- Support Customer Service and Experience

**What You Bring**
- 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
- Visual merchandising/ backroom operations experience preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
