Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to maximize conversion rates and continuously improve the sales process. Follow Embark’s structured sales process and deliver a standout client experience from first contact to onboarding. Primary Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and closing new client opportunities. Conduct targeted outbound calling campaigns and follow up on inbound leads from Embark’s website, marketing initiatives, and referral partners.

Manage lead flow and pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring consistent, timely follow‑ups and accurate reporting. Stay current on market trends and product knowledge to deliver tailored, relevant solutions to prospects. Actively participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve sales effectiveness. Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards and Embark’s Code of Conduct.

Support operational improvements and process enhancements that contribute to a more seamless client experience. Contribute positively to the team by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and embracing a culture of performance and inclusion.
