Insurance Advisor RepresentativeLocation: Mississauga Type: Full Time-Insurance Advisor Life Insurance Representative (LLQP) Property & Casualty (OTL) Job Description:  We are looking for a motivated, honest, and service-oriented Insurance Advisor to join our team. This is not just a sales job — it’s a long-term career opportunity to build trust with clients and help them make informed financial decisions. The right candidate will receive training, mentorship, and support — but must bring strong ethics and a genuine desire to grow. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and everyday Qualifications: Property & Casualty license preferred minimum 2 years insurance experiance. LLQP License minimum 2 years insurance experiance. Successful track record of meeting sales goals. Self-motivated. Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently or as part of a team Previous insurance experience in various disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset Why Join Us?
