Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Coordinator supporting the Buildings Division, providing assistance and support to senior project staff (Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) in the coordination, reporting, and quality functions of a project. This is a task-based role that works with the core elements of construction projects and the tools and processes of quality management systems. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Support implementation and maintenance of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) and conduct Project Quality Risk Assessment (PQRA) upon awarding of a project. Develop, update, and coordinate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including identifying required inspection forms and incorporating project risk assessments. Conduct site inspections and field verification activities, including random quality checks and participation in third‑party inspections/testing. Assist in managing and tracking the Deficiency Management Process, including FSRs, CARs, and NCRs. Facilitate subcontractor and worker quality‑related communication, such as pre‑install/preconstruction meetings, document reviews, and quality orientations. The Right Tools for the Job Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Journeyman Trade Certification or Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of Project Quality Coordinator experience, ideally within industrial or commercial construction. Software: Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; Primavera P6 knowledge (good to have). Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move. Apply Today.
