Want to join us? **Household Coordinator/LPN** An opportunity currently exists for a Full-time Household Coordinator at Wintergreene Estates in Regina, Saskatchewan. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Supports LPNs and Residents Assistants - Responsible for the provision of personal services, by staff, to residents that meets their needs, in a manner that maintains their independence to the greatest degree possible - Implementing and updating Care Plans - Ensuring medication protocol is followed - Completing intake assessments - Following proper discharge policies - Communicating with Physicians - Completing Doctor’s rounds - Working with a budget - Working with the Ministry of Health to meet all legislation The position of Household Coordinator is a very important role and requires a person with a winning attitude willing to meet high expectations. You genuinely enjoy working for our senior customers and their families.
