The role will be responsible for leading Aerospace, Manufacturing and Retail clients in the Montreal market with a focus on new client acquisition as well as growth of existing clients in these sectors. The candidate will perform market and client development, foster client relationships, help clients meet their business objectives, and operationally manage the delivery and budget of projects. This individual will lead teams of professionals that deliver world‑class services to our clients and contribute to developing unique offerings for the firm. Key responsibilities Develop and execute client business development and sales strategies/account plans/activities to meet sales targets. Hunter and farmer who can acquire new logos and expand existing accounts in the Montreal market, leveraging strong CXO relations. Work with the Firm's Business Lines to create joint ownership, targets, and execution plans when projects involve multiple business lines. Demonstrate strong SPIN selling and business acumen in selling IT‑Apps, Infra, Data/AI, Agentic AI, BPO, Engineering, PLM, SCM, MES work; manage sold business to drive account growth and client satisfaction. Leverage relationships with ecosystem partners like Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake, SAP, PLM providers, etc., to solution‑joint ecosystem deals. Required skills Bilingual French/English with strong CXO and alliance partner relations in the Montreal market. 10+ years of sales experience in incubating and executing business and/or IT transformation deals. Minimum 7+ years of strong industry experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors. Strong account growth and sales experience focused on digital business transformation deals such as IT‑Apps, ERP, Infra, Data, BPO, Engineering, PLM, SCM, MES work. Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow the business. Understanding of industry business trends and current challenges. Effective presentation style – ability to summarize key business impacts. External marketing experience is a plus (e.g., supporting industry round tables, publishing, speaking at conferences). Minimum 10 years of experience guiding teams.
