If you enjoy working with numbers, systems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Process accounts receivable, including cashiering cheques and phone payments in PBS. Follow up on receivable balances over 90 days as directed. Post new, used, and wholesale vehicle inventory in PBS. Coordinate dealer trades, wholesale billing, and submit completed deals to Accounting. Complete motor vehicle documentation for sold and internal units, including dealer plates and demo registrations. Maintain organized filing for vehicle deals and general paperwork. Potential Accounts Payable support, including invoice posting, statement reconciliation, and filing (time-sensitive at month end).
