Le rôle de Directeur d'ingénierie est un poste clé pour soutenir l'évolution de notre équipe de technologie de l'assurance.

Responsabilités:

  1. Diriger des équipes d'ingénierie multi-fonctionnelles pour construire et supporter les systèmes de technologie de l'assurance.
  2. Conduire les équipes pour redessiner et construire des systèmes de technologie de client-facing en soutien à nos activités d'assurance et d'affinité au Canada.
  3. Assister les équipes pour fournir un soutien de niveau 2 et 3 selon le cadre de la critique des applications.
  4. Employer des cadres de référence et des modèles réutilisables et extensibles, ainsi que des implémentations de référence et de nouveaux fonctionnalités pour livrer sur les objectifs de produits clés.
  5. Fournir une expérience utilisateur exceptionnelle grâce à la livraison de produits et de services avec un fort et étendable design architectural.
  6. Guider et motiver le développement du personnel d'ingénierie au sein de l'équipe, ainsi que se concentrer sur l'engagement global de l'équipe.
  7. Conserver et soutenir ces services, avec la responsabilité de la fiabilité de production et de l'utilisation, ainsi que la livraison de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Compétences requises:

  1. 3+ années d'expérience établie dans la direction d'équipes ou de grands programmes.
  2. Expérience dans l'industrie de l'assurance est nécessaire.
  3. Un fondement profond et de première main dans le développement de logiciels modernes et les pratiques.
  4. Un esprit entrepreneurial et le confort de travailler dans un environnement de démarrage rapide; vous aimez le défi de travailler sur une petite équipe et faire partie d'un mouvement plus large pour changer la culture d'ingénierie d'une entreprise.
  5. Une expérience de gestion de projet solide (planification, estimation, construction de plans directeurs, recrutement et construction de ses équipes pour les livraisons nécessaires, etc.).
  6. Familiarité avec les principes agiles et DevOps, développement piloté par les tests, intégration continue et d'autres approches pour accélérer la livraison de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  7. Le développement d'ingénieurs et une passion pour la croissance du personnel au sein de l'organisation.
  8. Expérimenter avec des technologies émergentes et comprendre comment elles auront un impact sur ce qui viendra ensuite.
  9. Une capacité de constante appréhension à partir des deux du succès et de l'échec, rester ouvert à l'amélioration continue.
  10. Des capacités d'organisation exceptionnelles et de résolution de problèmes qui permettent de gérer par l'abrasion créative.
  11. Une communication verbale et écrite excellente avec la capacité de communiquer avec efficacité et de communiquer la vision technique, les possibilités et les résultats à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  12. Une compréhension des principes de base des marchés de capitaux ou des services financiers pour soutenir nos services ou offres de produits.
