The role requires multiple in‑office visits.DutiesLead projects to automate accounts payable, financial reporting, and cash flow forecastingReview daily accounting including journal entries, banking, and accrualsAssist with review of monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting across multiple entitiesOversee auditors during year‑end and liaise to assist with solving complex accounting issuesPrepare 13‑week cash flow forecastsAssist in managing tax and compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including GST and PST in Manitoba and SaskatchewanMaintain internal controls and safeguard company assetsMaintain and improve processes in the companys accounting systems and financial policiesAssist the preparation of all Covenant reporting to the companys banking partnersSupport the Director of FP&A in the annual budget process and quarterly reforecastsSupport project costing, capital expenditure planning, and grant funding compliance for infrastructure development.Mentor accountants and support an environment of continuous learning and developmentQualificationsCPA designation with 3-5 years of post‑designation experience in industryKnowledge of ASPEHigh level of proficiency with Excel and accounting / financial reporting systems including NetSuite and VenaHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to visit the careers page of our website www.rfnow.com/careers or click the link https://easyapply.co/job/assistant-controller-110?rcid=saskjobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
