About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and collections for a large real estate portfolio. You will ensure timely rent collection, maintain accurate records, and support the accounting and lease administration teams. This position involves proactive communication with tenants, resolving payment issues, and meeting collection targets while maintaining positive relationships. Position Overview As Analyst – Accounts Receivable & Collections, you will handle cheque processing, payment allocation, tenant follow-ups, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and code cheques; allocate payments. Follow up with tenants and collect outstanding rent. Conduct high-volume phone and email collections. Document all interactions in Yardi and Asana. Maintain accurate tenant status and contact info. Ensure positive tenant relationships through proactive communication. Meet collection targets and KPIs. Issue recharge invoices, rental notices, and year-end reconciliations. Monitor sales reports and bill percentage rent when applicable. Support lease administration and accounting teams. Desired Candidate Experience in accounts receivable and collections. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Yardi is an asset. Bilingual (French & English), written and spoken.
