What we’re looking for
SwiftConnect is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to guide our customers through their journey in deploying our best-of-breed SaaS integration solutions. As the project lead for our enterprise-level customers, you will strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services while also managing complex implementation project deliverables and timelines. This role provides a unique opportunity to blend your skills in project management and implementation management to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing
Serve as the primary project manager to customers while coordinating multiple, simultaneous implementations of SwiftConnect products.
Work collaboratively with customers to understand their requirements and goals, and ensure they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction throughout their entire customer journey.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project objectives and scope.
Lead the implementation of various SwiftConnect solutions for customers.
Manage multiple customer projects from initiation to launch, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and budget.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities in executing the project.
Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project timelines, risks, and issues.
Ensure project documentation is accurate and current and that all stakeholders have access to the appropriate project information.
Conduct testing and validation ensuring successful functionality and deployment of SwiftConnect solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate training and support activities to enable a smooth transition to operational use of software.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure customer success and resolve issues.
Act as a customer advocate internally and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to improve our products and services.
Contribute to various department initiatives, such as creating documentation and improving implementation methodologies and best practices.
Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Project Management and CRM systems.

What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in software implementation project management in the software-as-a-service industry.
Experience working with Access Control Systems or related access control industry technologies.
Demonstrated ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of enterprise products and services.
Proven track record of successfully deploying enterprise-level customer projects.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, monitor project progress, and manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in simple language with customers.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and project management software.

Ce que vous ferez
Servir de gestionnaire de projet principal pour les clients tout en coordonnant plusieurs implémentations simultanées des produits SwiftConnect.
Travailler en collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs exigences et leurs objectifs, et veiller à ce qu'ils reçoivent le plus haut niveau de soutien et de satisfaction tout au long de leur parcours client.
Collaborer avec les clients et les équipes internes pour définir les objectifs et la portée des projets.
Gérer plusieurs projets clients de l'initiation au lancement, en veillant à ce que les projets soient dans les délais, dans le respect du périmètre et du budget.
Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la planification, l'exécution et la clôture.
Développer et gérer des plans de projet complets et s'assurer que tous les membres de l'équipe comprennent leurs rôles et responsabilités dans l'exécution du projet.
Surveiller l'avancement des projets et rendre compte de l'état aux parties prenantes, en fournissant des mises à jour claires et concises sur les délais, les risques et les problèmes des projets.
Effectuer des tests et des validations pour garantir le bon fonctionnement et le déploiement des solutions SwiftConnect.
Dépanner et résoudre rapidement les problèmes d'implémentation pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
Coordonner les activités de formation et de support pour assurer une transition en douceur vers l'utilisation opérationnelle du logiciel.
Effectuer des examens post-implémentation pour évaluer le succès du projet et identifier les domaines à améliorer.
Collaborer avec les équipes transversales, y compris les ventes, les produits et l'ingénierie, pour assurer le succès des clients et résoudre les problèmes.
Agir en tant que défenseur des clients en interne et fournir des retours à nos équipes produit et ingénierie pour améliorer nos produits et services.
Contribuer à diverses initiatives du département, telles que la création de documentation et l'amélioration des méthodologies et des meilleures pratiques d'implémentation.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets d'implémentation de logiciels dans l'industrie du logiciel en tant que service.
Expérience de travail avec les systèmes de contrôle d'accès ou les technologies connexes de l'industrie du contrôle d'accès.
Capacité démontrée à développer rapidement une compréhension approfondie des produits et services d'entreprise.
Expérience avérée dans le déploiement réussi de projets clients de niveau entreprise.
Compétences solides en gestion de projet, y compris la capacité à développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de projet, surveiller l'avancement des projets et gérer plusieurs projets d'implémentation clients simultanément.
Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec les clients, les parties prenantes et les membres de l'équipe.
