Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Performance Creative Ops Director to oversee our creative strategy, editing, and paid media management teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management, with a good understanding of creative processes, video production, paid ads and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize the performance of the creative, editing, and paid media teams
Track project costs and team efficiencies, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategy with overall business objectives
Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Ensure the creation and execution of high-quality video content, maintaining a focus on service quality and client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the creative process to enhance output quality. Discuss with stakeholders to continuously improve processes
Regularly report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any challenges

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
Strong understanding of creative processes, video production, and influencer marketing
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management platforms and analytics dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ClickUp (minimum of 1 year)
Proven success in managing large-scale creative projects
