ROLE: PROCESS ENGINEER
LOCATION: CALGARY OR GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA

Rheaume Engineering Inc. is seeking a part-time or full-time Process Engineer to join our team.

What you’ll do:
Conduct equipment sizing calculations
Perform process simulations
Conduct PSV sizing and flare system analysis
Work on de-bottlenecking projects to increase production and efficiency
Prepare engineering reports
Evaluate inventory and surplus equipment for suitability within projects
Work with others to develop plot plans, PFDs, P&IDs, and line lists
Prepare data-sheets and specifications for equipment to be purchased
Review vendor drawings and documentation

Who you are:
5+ years of Western Canada oil and gas process engineering experience
Chemical P. Eng. currently registered with APEGA
Currently residing in Calgary or Grande Prairie, Alberta
Hard worker, detailed oriented, problem solver
Ability to work on multiple project deadlines simultaneously
Effective communicator: both written and oral
Adaptable to fluctuating hours and workload, driven by project needs

Compensation:
Either employee or contractor status may be considered for this role. Rheaume has a competitive, multi-faceted compensation plan including a competitive hourly rate based on experience and education, health and dental benefits, and RRSP matching.
