Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and
timelines.
 Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
of materials and services.
 Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and
stakeholders.
 Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change
orders, and meeting minutes.
 Facilitate communication between project teams to resolve issues and mitigate
risks.
 Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with
safety regulations and project specifications.
 Assist in the procurement process by soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and
negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
 Support the project closeout process by organizing documentation, conducting
final inspections, and addressing any outstanding issues.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
 Proven experience in project coordination or administration within the
construction industry.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing
demands.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams.
 Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing
priorities.
 Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
