Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner.
To oversee the effective ordering, production, merchandising of all carvery products and ensure attractive displays to maintain and increase sales;
To plan daily production sheets to ensure variety in carvery products, and effectively prioritize and organize all production and department functions;
To maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales’ goals, budgets and shrink targets are met;
To schedule, direct, supervise and discipline department staff and train all new employees;
To ensure compliance with the company food safety standards, regulations and audits;
To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
To perform other duties, as required.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
Exceptional customer service skills
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation;
Previous managerial experience and knowledge of production schedules is a definite asset;
Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evening, nights, and weekends;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Must possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
