Responsabilités:

Rédiger les instructions techniques nécessaires aux activités de réparation des composants et au soutien de l'atelier.

Concevoir des outils, des équipements d'essai et des logiciels pour tester et certifier ces mêmes composants.

Rechercher des solutions pour améliorer la fiabilité et réduire les coûts des composants.

Examiner les bulletins de service des équipements pour l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits, afin de recommander des améliorations en termes de fiabilité ou de coûts.

Contrôler la fiabilité des composants en collaboration avec les principaux clients.

Responsable des enquêtes techniques sur les problèmes de composants des clients.

Soutenir activement la production pour résoudre les problèmes en temps utile.

Examiner les manuels de maintenance et définir les exigences en matière d'équipement d'essai, de formation des techniciens et de matériel.

Gérer des projets individuels tout au long du processus d'introduction de nouveaux produits. - Préparer des justifications financières pour soutenir les nouveaux produits.

Participer à la formation des techniciens.

Examiner et mettre en œuvre des réparations techniques pour récupérer des pièces.

Qualifications:

Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire en aéronautique, idéalement dans un département MRO.
Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie dans le domaine de l'aérospatiale.
Membre de l'OIQ.
Très bonne connaissance des systèmes d'ingénierie et de qualité dans un environnement aéronautique.
Expérience approfondie des composants avioniques.
Connaissance de la philosophie 5 S.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais pour la lecture et la compréhension des manuels d'entretien.
Penseur stratégique, fortes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ; souci du détail.
Esprit d'équipe et compétences interpersonnelles pour établir des relations avec les employés.
Sens de l'organisation, orientation vers les résultats, flexibilité.

Responsibilities:

Write the technical instructions necessary for component repair activities and shop support.
Design tools, testing equipment and software to test and certify these same components.
Research solutions to improve reliability and reduce costs on components.
Review equipment service bulletins (SBs) for the entire product portfolio; to recommend reliability or cost improvements.
Control the reliability of components in collaboration with key customers.
Responsible for technical investigations into customer component issues.
Actively support production to solve problems in a timely manner.
Review maintenance manuals and establish requirements for test equipment, technician training and materials.
Manage individual projects throughout the NPI ("New Product Introduction") process. • Prepare financial justifications to support new products.
Assist in the training of technicians.
Review and implement technical repairs to recover parts.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar environment in aeronautics, ideally in an MRO department.
University Degree in Engineering related to the field of aerospace.
Member of the OIQ.
Very strong knowledge of engineering and quality systems in an aeronautical environment.
In-depth experience with avionics components.
Knowledge of philosophy 5 S.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English for reading and understanding maintenance manuals.
Strategic thinker, strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Team player and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees.
Organizational skills, results-oriented, flexible.
