Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day management of litigation files assigned by supervising lawyer.
Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, conference briefs, and other documents as required.
Ability to work on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and diverse litigation cases.
Opportunity for courtroom exposure including attendance at motions, examinations and other court hearings.

Requirements
3-5 years of commercial and corporate litigation experience.
A license to practice in Ontario.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within a litigation practice.
