Le Centre de services scolaire des Samares est à la recherche d’un.e analyste au bureau de l'amélioration continue et de l'innovation pour venir ajouter du WOW à une équipe dynamique en plein expansion. CE QUI ANIMERA TES JOURNÉES
Faciliter l’accès aux données pour les différents services et les établissements scolaires par la création de rapports et de tableaux de bord.
Produire des statistiques ayant trait aux résultats scolaires du Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur et du CSSS.
Concevoir et rédiger des documents de référence, des rapports statistiques et de monitorage, des recommandations et des guides administratifs.
Élaborer des cartographies de processus d’affaires.
Agir à titre de conseiller dans le cadre de révision de processus d’affaires en ce qui a trait aux outils de suivi des données, à la mesure des indicateurs et à leur contrôle.
Soutenir le personnel d’encadrement des services et des établissements dans l’utilisation des outils de données statistiques propres à leurs fonctions.
TON PROFIL
Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire terminal de premier cycle dans un champ de spécialisation approprié, notamment en informatique ou en gestion.
Tu as un bon esprit d’analyse et de jugement et tu es organisé(e).
Tu t’assures que ton travail répond aux besoins identifiés.
Un atout : Savoir exploiter les bases de données utilisées par le SRE, le SRM, le SRH et le SRF, notamment celles des applications GPI, JADE, ACHAT, DOFIN et PAIE, de même que celles hébergées dans la plateforme Espace Données de la GRICS.
Un atout : Connaissance experte Microsoft Excel, PowerBI et MsProject.
