**Purpose of the job**:
FP&A team is built as follow : 1 performance director, 2 FP&A manager and 3 FP&A analyst.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst processes multiple financial data and provides a fair view of Alstom AMERICAS region to top management.
- **Drive Business performance**:

- target adherence monitoring on main KPIs
- Build Reporting / analysis tools for AMERICAS sites / product lines
- Monthly gap analysis VS budget or other references
- Prepare Monthly Business reviews slide : quality and clear message
- Rolling forecast preparation and coordination with Finance community
- Support the FP&A manager on forecast period coordination (2 big forecast per year and monthly rolling forecast)
- **Month end coordination**
- Ensure data accuracy over AMERICAS sites / projects
- Review Headcount with HR on monthly prospective
- Coordinate high level adjustment if needed
- **People & coordination**:

- Communicate deadlines to finance community
- Cascade instruction from central to AMER finance community.
- Support finance community on FP&A process and tool

**Competencies & skills**:

- Ability to adopt new tool quickly

**Mandatory**:

- Fluent in english
- first experience in Finance or audit
